Where can I see if the nominee details I sent are uploaded in my Account?

Hey @MjGITncDRF,

Currently, we don’t have the option to check Nominee details in the MyAccount portal. We are working on such a feature and will be live with it soon.

You can check in the*** Old Back Office*** as of now. Click on Others > DP KYC-Info.

I still can’t see the nominee on Old Back Office. I had sent the details through courier in July. Please update it.

That’s strange! Have you raised a ticket at [email protected]? If yes, then kindly share the ticket ID here. I will look into it and get back to you on the same.
