What is the procedure to submit application for MOIL BUYBACK ? I have the tender form, should i send it to your address ?

We’re not accepting Buy-back at the moment. We’re working on making it online and shall be live with it very soon.

You need to approach share broker (who is registered member of NSE) for bidding purpose and apply accordingly.
Eligible Shareholders who desire to tender their Equity Shares in the electronic form under the Buyback would have to do so through their respective Shareholder Broker by indicating to the concerned Shareholder Broker, the details of Equity Shares they intend to tender under the Buyback. The Shareholder Broker would be required to place a bid on behalf of the Eligible Shareholders who wish to tender Equity Shares in the Buyback using the Acquisition Window of the NSE.
Please clarify/that do i need to forfeit the buyback profit due to inability of Fyers ?
The end date of MOIL Buyback is 9th Feb 2021, May i expect before the date the online process to be live before that.
