Web Socket Error- Code 12001: Mode change failed

When I try to connect to websocket I am getting the error “Code 12001: Mode change failed”

API v3, the issue resolved automatically. Morning I faced the issue and now it is running. I didnt make any change to the code.

Now it worked without any change in the code. Seems like some issue at server in the morning hours!
