Urgent: Target and Stop-Loss Orders Not Working inpolisкому? Need no weird tokens. Ensure clean.

Dear FYERS Community Support Team,

There is a bug in the Target and Stop-Loss execution system of FYERS Automate.

The same automation was working 100% correctly earlier. However, since Monday, 7 September 2026, the Target and Stop-Loss configured in the “Place Order” node are not being applied to trades.

Even though both Target and Stop-Loss are enabled in the automation, I have to manually place them from the chart after every trade is executed.

I faced the same issue on Monday and had to manually manage the Target and Stop-Loss. Today, the first trade was taken in NIFTY 23700 PE, but once again the configured Target and Stop-Loss did not work. As a result, I had to exit the trade manually.

This is a serious risk because the automation shows that Target and Stop-Loss are enabled, but the position remains unprotected after execution. This may lead to a substantial financial loss if a user assumes that the configured exit conditions are active.

Please investigate this bug urgently and check the backend logs for my trades from 7 September 2026 onward.

Kindly confirm:

  1. Why were the configured Target and Stop-Loss orders not placed?
  2. Why did the system execute only the entry order while leaving the position unprotected?
  3. Were any Target/SL orders generated and subsequently rejected?
  4. Is this a known bug affecting FYERS Automate?
  5. What immediate action should I take to prevent unprotected positions until this bug is fixed?

I have attached screenshots of the automation configuration and executed positions as evidence.

Please treat this as an urgent technical and risk-management issue.

It is working properly now. Thanks for your support but curious to know what went wrong in last 2 days and why pre defined Target and SL were not working properly.

Thanks for the update, @111376366292129558673 . We had tested the predefined Target and SL from our end and found that they were working as expected. We then refreshed the system and asked you to check again. There was no issue observed from our end with the predefined Target and SL.
