Unable to sell holdings in fyers 2.0 web+app

When I try to sell my Holding shares , Fyers 2.0 app rejected the Order without asking CDSL authorise

When I try to sell from Fyers web. It is still not possible.

Complained fyers no action stil. Support ticket 880253
