Unable to place order due to kyc issue KRA

the kyc is completed. in kra website it shows **NEW KYC VALIDATED **and still I am not able to place order.

Error :: RED:Block Type:ALL Reason:Fresh Positions Blocked Due To KRA Pending.[ KRA_VIEW_ONLY ]
