Transfer of shares is not authorised by Fyers

Hi,

I have committed to transfer few shares from Fyers Demat Ac to Zerodha through the CDSL portal, however its the fourth time, that Fyers has not authorised the transaction. I have been told to do it again. Is that the modus operandi of Fyers to deal with the share transfer request?
