Before you open an individual stock or contract, you may first want to know where the market is active.
Which indices are leading? Which stocks are moving? Is activity building in futures? What is happening across commodities? And how are different ETF categories performing?
Markets Overview on FYERS gives you a place to start your analysis.
It brings together Indices, Stocks, Commodities and ETFs, so you can look at the broader market first, see what stands out and then decide where you want to go deeper.
See what’s happening across indices
The Indices section lets you move between Broad Market, Sectoral, Thematic and Global indices to see how different parts of the market are performing. The Heatmap adds a visual view of where strength and weakness are concentrated across different timeframes.
You can also check FII & DII Activity to see how foreign and domestic institutional investors have participated in the cash market.
For derivatives, Index Futures combines price movement with Open Interest through Build-ups such as Long Build-up, Short Build-up, Long Unwinding and Short Covering. Gainers & Losers highlights the contracts seeing stronger moves.
As expiry approaches, Options Expiring Soon keeps upcoming contracts visible. You can also check Open Interest, OI Change, PCR and Max Pain for more context on options positioning. For a deeper view, continue to Options Analytics or explore commonly used strategies based on your market view.
See what’s moving across stocks
Equity Movers gives you a quick view of the day’s gainers and losers, while Screeners let you explore stocks based on intraday activity, fresh and near breakouts, technical crossovers and strong financials.
The Stock Heatmap shows how activity is spread across the market. You can change the market universe, timeframe and block size to view stock performance from different perspectives.
For F&O stocks, Build-ups and Gainers & Losers add derivatives context by showing how price and Open Interest are changing together.
You can also check Bulk & Block Deals for recent large transactions and Recent Filings for company disclosures. When a stock stands out, you can continue to the relevant stock or F&O tools for further analysis.
Follow activity across commodities
The Commodities section groups contracts into Gold & Silver, Energy, Base Metals and Agri Commodities, making it easier to follow the segment you are interested in. The Commodity Heatmap provides a visual comparison of performance across different timeframes.
Expiries are available in the same view. Options Expiring Soon highlights approaching options contracts, while Futures Expiring Soon keeps upcoming futures expiries visible.
Further down, Trending Futures combines price and Open Interest through Build-ups, with Gainers & Losers highlighting contracts seeing larger price moves.
For commodity options, you can check Open Interest, OI Change, PCR and Max Pain. From there, continue to detailed Options Analytics or explore strategies based on your market view.
Compare ETFs across categories
Markets Overview organises ETFs based on the type of exposure they provide.
You can explore Commodity ETFs, Index ETFs, International ETFs, Sectoral & Thematic ETFs and Fixed Income ETFs. Each category can be narrowed further for example, Gold and Silver under Commodity ETFs, different market-cap categories under Index ETFs, or G-Sec and Target Maturity under Fixed Income ETFs.
Price, volume and performance across different periods are available together, making it easier to compare similar ETFs before opening one in detail.
