Ticket closed without resolution

Hello,

My ticket 1225328 raised on 29-Nov-2023 was closed without any resolution. i have reopened the ticket and Issue is still pending and fyers team seems to be clueless about the issue.

Kindly look into the matter.

Its almost been one month now and still I’m waiting for resolution.

@laxmesh_hegde, It’s concerning to hear. I will escalate this to the concerned team manager and look into it.
