the websocket is failing multiple times during the day

It been happening since last two days.
it attempts to reconnect but fails, prior to day before yesterday it was working fine.
when the terminal is killed and the websocket is restarted it works for sometime from 5-45 mins then again gives me the same error

below is the error message

I have bought the 24750 PE contract on 1st Oct, expiry is on 7 Oct, can I carry forward the contract till 7 Oct

Hello @aewitoADpV , if you are still facing the same issue, it likely lies with the internet service provider, as there are no problems detected on our end with the APIs. If the issue persists, please raise the concern directly with your ISP provider for further assistance.

Hello @ranjeet.ekawade.mb52yqxe, you can hold the position till the expiry as long as the position is overnight. Please refer to this link for more details.

It’s happening in Azure too, much less frequently but still. Please check my post below there’s another issue that came back.
