Static IP is not whitelisted Error

When I am trying to buy any share it prompt:
Order failed: Order blocked since Static IP is not whitelisted

I already using single user VPS with static IP

Can you please help me ASAP

I’m also getting the same error.
On 30/03/2026, I used the same APP ID, Static IP, System & I was able to place orders. But today getting this error.

This may be due to static IP validation checks. Even though you have updated the static IP address, the request is coming from a non-whitelisted IP address. This is a common pattern we have observed among other users facing the same issue.
