Hello, This is Sandeep Shetty. I would bring it to your notice that on 26-June-@023 , I had bought Crude Oil Call option at 7:13 pm and I was not able to square off this trade for 45 minutes after that. I kept dialling Fyers number, but for more than an hour i was kept on hold saying that “All our customer executives are busy” and I kept seeing my trade going in minus all this while. luckily I had bought only ! lot. sometimes I buy 10 to 15 lots… imagine if I was stuck with those many lots. finally at 7:59, the square off order got executed on Fyers web & fortunately i got to exit with only a loss of 3k. This is not a complaint, but a request that since i am new to Fyers, what should i do in such a situation so that my orders get executed immediately. Is there any other way to reach the Call and Trade Facility faster? Kindly take this positively and give me a proper solution so that i dont get scared to take Large Crudeoil positions on Fyers next time. I am attaching a pic of the order that I have mentioned above. My ticket has been generated with the ticket ID 1020973.
That’s concerning to hear. I have escalated this to our concerned team and getting it checked.
