SIPs not getting rejected and lumpsum holding zero

  1. I started my SIPs about a month back. 6th December 2021 was the 1st installment of my SIPs but all orders got rejected. I had to put another lumpsum orders on 7th December. Can you tell me what would be the reason that my SIPs didn’t go through?

  2. Out of my 6 lumpsum orders, I’m able to see only 5 names in my Fyers direct dashboard. ‘MIRAE ASSET TAX SAVER FD-DIR PL-GROWTH’ is missing. In my account holdings also it is showing 0 quantity and 0 current value for this particular fund. How to rectify this issue ?
