Shared login for multiple platforms and password based login

Currently, We have to login separately for all different platforms in FYERS - if you login to my account and chose to check thematic / direct / one you need to login again to the platform which is a pain. I propose to login once a day per session for all the platforms - user should not be asked to login again unless the session is closed / logged out manually by the user.

Also, please give us a choice to login using password instead of OTP all the time - OTP in an area of low network can be an issue sometimes. So we need alternate login method.

Hi Prashanth, Navigating through our multiple products is not supposed to request for multiple logins, we will check this and fix it soon.2FA is a security measure to protect client and we can’t turn it off., If you are finding difficulty in recieving OTP’s we suggest you to use TOTP’s which can work in any network with internet connectivity.
