I am trying to fetch quotes and have copied the example code from the api documentation. I have performed the following actions.

The above are the logs i am seeing on PyCharm.
I have read that Error Code 429 means that i have breached the API rate limit.
However the other APIs such as History is working, only the Quotes API is failing.
Is this expected behaviour?
