Fyers web alert not efficient for day traders as well as swing trader… Useless price alert system develop by fyres… I always miss alert which triggered as there are no efficient ways to follow in fyers web(Archived Alerts have no time & date so I dont know when these price triggered) … I had already post my feedback regarding price alert 5 months ago still no action from there end
Agree @indranilbanerjee1975-q7c. The Price Alert functionality on Web platform is sub-par. I had already suggested @communications_team that they can send an email to user when alert condition is met so that it remains noted for further tracking as well, if there are any technical limitations to implement window alerts just like native TradingView.com which are loud & persistent on screen till user acknowledges the notification.
Triggered alerts section in app does not show past alerts (previous than the day) and Archived alerts section on Web does not show when the alert was triggered. Overall it becomes useless if someone misses their “silent” alerting system, being busy in some other work, which is the chief purpose of alert functionality, instead of manually keeping check on app whether our alert is triggered or not.
@nsuyash11-m18 we too get notifications in mobile with sound.
So I don’t think alert will vanish until you manually clear your mobile notifications.
But yes, desktop notifications instead of browser would be better.
If I am not wrong, the original post above is regarding Web platform alerts efficiency. It is general standard nowadays that functionalities delivered should have consistent user experience across all platforms. This is the question of Quality. To check alerts use mobile, to see charts use web, to place GTTs use mobile, to manage account use web, … Thanks to the UX team !
Yes su_yaSSH, absolutely,… I keep alert in chart for which I used web version .In mobile app placing alert on chart very difficult due to too small screen… I never try mobile app for alert & I willn’t due to chart reading not convenient in mobile app. Fyres should look after their limitation in web alert
What if I missed to check yesterday’s alert ? It should be stored somewhere ?
Alerts should be archieved or shown in triggered menu with date and time.
fyers provide only price alert need to improve for technical alert like as Tradingview it’s easy to track Trendline Breakout trade not need to check every time for breakout but fyers doesn’t provide this type of alert. need to improve that also
