pre-open market price not visible on Fyers Web 1.5

not able to see pre-open price of Nifty, Bank Nifty between 9:08 AM and 9:15 AM.

This is on both old web version and also on Fyers Web 1.5

Can you help me which settings should I enable.

Hi @116517038508152660321, the pre-open market sessions for both the NSE and BSE stock exchanges are held every trading day between 9:00 AM and 9:08 AM. Actually I am expecting them to be visible on Chart as well similar to Trading View standard charts. like below

But this one was previously shown on the chart and watchlist. recently it’s not showing. Other platforms are continuously showing on the chart. Need that on the chart for selecting trade in a short time.

We are still showing the same in watchlist, Preopen market adjustments are calculative and not due to trading, for the same reason it doesn’t makes much use if it’s being shown in charts. Can you let us know why is the premarket charts required?

Yes, it is important because while we are taking a trade on mobile or on the go and the very 1st minute we need to calculate whether the market is opening flat or gap up or gap down, its much easier to understand quickly from the chart. Otherwise, from the watchlist we have to mark the opening price for 3-4 stocks and then analyse whether to take the trade or not as per the set-up. And trading from a mobile app it is much more required for convenience. Hope I am able to clear my point. And I think it’s a not a big thing, and also as it was there previously then what is the point of removing that?

I have mentioned this long before. From API perspective, the pre-open prices are received but earlier volume is 0 now. Earlier, it used to tick. I dont know why the downgrade.
