I had sent duly filled and signed POA form on 23-09-2021 by courier to Fyers Bangalore address and the same was delivered on 25-09-2021 (DTDC tracking no. R43385537). But POA is not yet processed and I am required to enter Tpin every day. I am using Equinox Algo Trigger for trading and my trading experience is severely affected due to non processing of POA. I got in touch with customer service executive and he confirmed that Fyers has stopped processing POA and everyone must authorize sell orders via e-DIS. This is causing severe hardship as regards my trading experience.
Similar experience for me, I want to be able to sell my holdings instantly and I too wanted to send POA to them but they stopped accepting it. I request fyers to start accepting them again and make our trading experience smooth.
