Hi @kwJ7qJzJws, SEBI has introduced DDPI to replace the Power of Attorney (POA). Therefore, you need to submit the DDPI form to avoid CDSL authentication. Check out the article for the procedure.

Because other brokers provide online submission for DDPI process.
