This seems to be a big issues:
Let say i am buying nifty call option 18000 quantity for 1.60 rs and sell it for 1.80 rs
So what will be the brokerage ?
As per by understanding and app & fyers website: I should be charged : Rs. 110(approx) as total fees.

Yes, you are correct Total charges are 109.07 if there is no freeze quantity limit for the underlying symbol; if the freeze quantity is breached, the order will be sliced.
But there is freeze limit of 1800 then ???
Then it will 20 orders(10 buy 10 sell), will be charged for 20 orders.
That is just theoretical “best” case scenario.
You are going to pay far more in brokerage because single executed order is not going to give you full qty order fill.
For 360 lots, worst case scenario is 7200/- for buy side and another 7.2K for sell side only brokerage.
