Order placement not working

Due to a technical issue from our telecom service provider, unfortunately, we faced the transit issue, which is resolved now. We are constantly working on providing the best platform to our clients and assure you a seamless trading experience.
I am facing one issue while placing bo orders, if trade NIFTY options say NIFTY 17100ce then I cannot set stop-loss or take profit (amount or percentage). But the above works with future trade. Can you explain that?
One more function that I found missing is that after having a open position we can close that position only at market price, why we can’t place a stop-loss order or limit order to complete the trade. If we try to place sell order to complete previous trade then extra margin is required.Why?
