Can someone please let me know how long it took for your FnO segment activation post account opening?
as per this knowledge article https://support.fyers.in/portal/en/kb/articles/how-long-does-it-take-to-activate-f-o-for-an-nro-non-pis-account "If the KYC status is marked as ‘Non-Resident’, the F&O segment is typically activated within 7-10 working days."
My KYC status is ‘Non-Resident’ and its almost a month since my account opening but still FnO segment is not activated for me.
I’m still awaiting an update from the support team, meanwhile thought of checking with community members for realistic expectation.

Hi Mithun…did u get any response from Fyers Support team ? I have opened ticket with their support team on this since 2 months but they keep saying that they have escalated the issue. Please let me know if you found success and if yes then what is it that you did?

Hi Shruti …thanks for your helping in opening my wife’s F&O acct but Im now struggling with opening my F&O acct. I open a support ticket but they keep closing the ticket with different irrelevant answers
Hey, Saw this late and trust that this issue is resolved. The onboarding KYC for NRIs has been a hassle in India. However, we’ve improved it a lot and soon we will have an online onboarding mechanism considering SEBI’s latest policy updates regarding this.
