A few of our clients experienced order placement errors due to intermittent technical issues, and the same has been resolved now. I hope it’s working fine for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Lost money is lost. No apologies can overcome that. The trust is lost when such issues happen.
The Next terminal is pathetic. Can’t even properly view pending orders or executed orders
@retin, I can really understand your concern. We are getting this checked as to why it happened to avoid this in the future. However, You can view all of your pending orders in the order book under the trading section in Fyers Next.
In some cases, if order fails at least nobody is going to loose money. But what if one’s buy order is executed but incurs huge losses due to inability in executing sell order. I got server error prompt after my buy order was executed. I could have easily booked profit of minimum Rs.1000/- , instead I could exit the order only around 2:19 PM. By this time I had to book a loss of 4261/-. Who will bear this loss?
