Isue with Fyers web

Hi

Facing issue since yesterday , The fyers web getting hanged / working jittery . The positions & net P/L is not showing

Hey, please try clearing your browser cache and doing a hard reload(Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac), that usually fixes the lag or data display issue on FYERS Web.

If it still doesn’t work, please DM me your client ID, device details, and a short screen recording so our team can check it in detail and get it resolved quickly.

what do you mean by hard reload ?

for example this was how it looks today . many a times chart was not updating etc

This is because you have chosen not to display the fund details. Please click on the eye icon as displayed in the image

OK . now funds are showing . but that should not affect the order status , which was not showing today so was totally clueless

Choosing that option will enable privacy mode for your profile, hiding sensitive details about your funds and holdings.
