Is there any restrictions on the number of charts i can save? Because all my chart analysis i saved in my watchlist got automatically deleted. The scrips are available in watchlist but everything I drawn like support/resistance, trend lines etc all are go

Is there any restrictions on the number of charts i can save? Because all my chart analysis i saved in my watchlist got automatically deleted. The scrips are available in watchlist but everything I drawn like support/resistance, trend lines etc all are gone. This is the second time same issue has occurred. I had sent an email to customer service but no reply received. Hope someone will resolve this issue.

thank you for the response, btw will this version get synced with mobile app? and how can i import my watch list from latest version to old one?

@tTTCn1ygRk Yes, the scrips on watch-list syncs between the new and the previous version of the web platform, and between the mobile app and the web apps.

@HqikyjkG9o but i have to draw it allover again. Right? I got the watchlist in older version but not already saved chart lauout.

@tTTCn1ygRk I remember some users reporting that the drawings don’t sync between the old and new versions of the web platform. So seems like you might have to draw it manually.
