Is the website of FYERS glitchy or is it just me?

I have been thinking about moving to FYERS from zerodha. I logged in my account on their website and after a while the website just hangs (stuck/froze) as in none of the hyperlinks work. The same happened in the dashboard as well. I know they have a desktop trading platform but it was their integration of trading view (options trading) that attracted me to their platform. In options I activated the segments but still I am unable to trade options :confused: I do not understand what they are doing, having any minor bugs in some specific/unique feature is understandable but to mess up common/basic features?
