Is Fyers One going to be discontinued?

Hello Fyers Team,

Is Fyers One software going to be discontinued?

I got a call from someone from the Fyers customer care team who said that from Monday, Dec-12, Fyers One will not be discontinued and the software will not be available for trading

This person said that a new desktop software will be launched in place of Fyers One but did not know when this new software will be available for users to download

I prefer to use Fyers One over the Website of Phone App because of the speed it is just better and more suitable for my trading purpose

It will be a big loss for users if Fyers One software is discontinued

Can you please confirm what is going on exactly?

Hi @pranav_kale,

We are not discontinuing the FYERS ONE app, only the order placement will be disabled. We will provide a new application for the order placement very soon. Until then, you can use the FYERS ONE app. We will keep you posted regarding this.

Note: If you get an update on FYERS ONE. Please do not update it!

Thank you for the update.

Please note that once order placement is disabled, the Software is as good as discontinued from a practical point of view. I will have to shift to Fyers Website or Fyers Mobile App which lack some of the features I use and are also not as fast as the Fyers One software

So please don’t disable order placement on Fyers One before the stable version of the new software is released

Also please clarify the point about not updating Fyers One.

  • Is there any setting that I need to change to prevent auto-update of the Fyers One software?
