I have personally tried both and believe that investing is a more suitable option for most people. This is because investing has a lower risk and is more likely to generate positive returns. Additionally, investing requires less time and emotional commitment compared to trading. Overall, investing is a safer and less demanding way to grow your wealth.
Trading can be an exciting way to take advantage of sudden market changes and earn high returns in a short amount of time. However, the risk involved is relatively high. But, if you have the necessary knowledge and a well-planned strategy, you can try your hand at trading and reduce the risks by putting stop loss. Just remember to take things slow and steady and enjoy the process!

One has to stay long enough in markets to understand it properly then adapt and create a personality that suits each individual with the resources that they have.
