I lumsum mutual funds investment done by using FYERS Securities Private Limited’s fyers direct platform and I place following funds order and payment through UPI payment successfully done and amount also deducted from bank account but unfortunately status of payment is showing unpaid still date in Fyers direct order windows and unit not allotted still date.
I have oreder on Dtd-08.12.2022 evening so Unit must be allotted NAV on dtd 09.12.22 but still not allotted unit I think Fyers is first platform I face this type of problem

2)Icici Prudential Gilt Fund - Direct Plan - Growth

Amount:- 10,000/-

As per above referenced Id mutual fund investments done by me and now showing unpaid payment status so plz he
