I can't see F&O data in fyers one , it's showing empty page when I right click on Banknifty and click on option chain , i clicked the switch view button , still it showed nothing. F&O segment is not active in my account yet , do I have to add F&O segment

I can’t see F&O data in fyers one , it’s showing empty page when I right click on Banknifty and click on option chain , i clicked the switch view button , still it showed nothing.

F&O segment is not active in my account yet , do I have to add F&O segment to see the option chain dada or there’re some other technical issues with fyersone?

Option chain is visible on my Fyers One platform.

On Fyers One Desktop Platform > FnO Analysis > Option Chain With Tools > NIFTY.EQ-NSE

I don’t have options trading activated , I think that’s why I can’t see options data

If your F&O segment is not active, you will not be able to see the related data. Kindly send us the scanned copy of the Segment addition form to activate the F&O segment. You can find the forms in the link below:
