How to square off a position with limit order on fyers web? The positions tab just lets you close on the market order, what if I want to close it at a particular price?

You’re right. It seems impossible to exit a position with a limit price unless you open the sell dialog from the chart or by pressing shift+S. I wish we could directly exit with a limit price from the positions tab.

yes absolutely, fyers team should take a note of this. it’s basic necessity.

Slippages can be controlled. So need of Sq off at Limit price, may be from position or chart itself. Again for a Delivery or intraday position (not CO , nor BO), add protection (SL+Target) like trading view shall be there.
Fyers team, pls update on this urgent & important thread.
This is must requirement as market order is dangerous in high volatility.

Fyers is way behind in Basic UI functions either they must have adopted from trading view or should have done some real trading - Exiting an order on market price is the only option I see from the order that is already executed. In Zerodha we can simply use the same order and add an exit. Why this functionality is still not there is a a big question mark. Fyers team - Please add the protect function from Trading view so that we can add the limit exit and Sl when we want on the orders.. I do not think this requires any explanation this is the basic part of any trading platform. dont make my decision to join Fyers to be changed to some other broker. Thanks

Yes, this feature is still not available in Fyers web. I was searching for this all over their website. Finally had to use my mobile to place a limit exit order. It’s a basic requirement.
wHEN IS THIS IDIOT FYERS making a option to square off position at LIMIT PRICE in fyers web.
squaring off at market is eating full profit.
