How can I get Historical Data (5 Min) for 'HDFC' before merging to HDFCBANK?

‘NSE:HDFC-EQ’ no longer exist. Is there any way to access the historical data for unlisted/no longer existed symbols? I feel for such a NIFTY heavyweight like HDFC, the historical data should be made available for same period like other stocks.
