We are sorry to inform you that your Trading & Demat account is not yet activated, the activation request has been sent to the exchange, and the same is pending. As per the new KRA regulatory guidelines, a newly onboarded client can only trade once their KYC has been uploaded and approved by the CDSL Ventures Limited KYC Registration Agency (CVL KRA). The same might take 7 to 14 working days or more. We appreciate your patience and request you to wait as the delay is from the exchange side.
