Hello Team Fyers, with reference to ticket "670346. Less brokerage amount has been refunded to me for the 30days challenge complete in April2022. The brokerage charged for the challenge period is Rs.3540/- whereas brokerage refunded to me is only Rs.1200/-. I am not getting satisfactory response from the support team. Refer attached images for more clarification. Requesting Team Fyers to look into it.

this was my question as well. @lzMMNwbR8T looks like brokerage refunded is only till 31/03. something to do with year end closing i guess.

@ACMVzuRanU generate report till 31/03 and see if refund amt is matching. it was for me

@priya_lakshmi Yes, you are right. brokerages charged from 09 March to 31 March 2022 are Rs.1200/-.
How about remaining refund then?

@lzMMNwbR8T @priya_lakshmi I got the wining certificate for the 30 Days challenge completed in April 2022, thanks for that. But I still have not received my remaining brokerage refund.
As communicated earlier, I am suppose to receive Rs.3540/- as a brokerage refund whereas I received only Rs.1200/-. its already a high time, request you to process my remaining brokerage refund. Thanks in Advance.
