Just wondering what is the difficulty ? GTT/GTC order types will incur more fees/expense to Fyers ?
I guess you could at least inform us at what stage is the programming for the system has reached: Alpha, Beta testing or ready to be deployed.

Eagerly expecting to switch my swing trading to fyers. GTT is my priority. Please update a date
Please bring this feature (gtt) to fyers soon.thanks
GTT or GTC is simply A** **Daily AMO order. Come on Guys, you already have AMO order, you can simply make it automated by putting it daily. This way Your customer base will increase! There are many investors who are frustrated with Zerodha’s Hangups and glitches, but they are stuck with them for GTT, and rather neat interface for share buying and selling. Fyer’s buying and selling of Shares for swing trading or intraday is too obstructive. Everything has to be done via Charts which is ridiculously tiring. Fyers is good for Future traders, but for swing traders and intraday small traders, it is a hassle to go to chart to watch nifty, best 5 quotes. The user experience is terrible. please learn from zerodha and angel broking, upstox and even aliceblue their interface is a lot better for swing traders. Just include “best 5 market depth” into buy/sell order window.
Good points ASIF. Fyers team must take note of it.
Meanwhile, it is not an AMO order.
The best part in GTT order is (i) place the order & wait till it triggered, (ii) money is not blocked until the order triggered.
While in AMO, you’ve to place AMO everyday
Hello @communications_team Team and @tejas_khoday ,
Your teams are doing great work.
I can see this discussions on GTT/GTC/GTD from 1 year long.
May I know why flyers not interested on implementing this.
As a programmer, I can say, It may take 3 months max to implement. But after 1 year also, you are not developing this activity hopefully. This can be implemented in 1 month even.
We already have an AMO order type. Here, add option gtt along with day/IOC for CNC order only. Then enable entry, stoploss and profit or only entry with date validity. other validation, we might have already. this will solve.
Storage of entry additional work.
I don’t know, why it takes long time. is it like not interested on delivery based customers.
Because of this one of reason, several users opening the demat account with other brokers. which is fyers loosing new customers. You may feel, you have new customers. but if you have this order type, then it will increase few more customers to FYERS.
Hence i request you to Implement this quicker.
I have sharekhan account, which satisfy me of GTT order. But I opened FYERS for automating trade.
Nicely written… Plz @fyers do it as soon as possible… Otherwise we need open account In zerodha
Any Update on GTT? @tejaskhoday
Its been more than 6 months that you mentioned that it will be released soon. In the meantime, you have released the ugliest option desk but really not sure why it is taking so much time for releasing GTT !!!
I think, It is because, they can earn brokerage revenue.
GTT will not give brokerage revenue.
7+ months and you are still not able to match 1 key differentiator that your closest competitor has @tejas_khoday . Sadly, not even in a position to keep your customer informed on what they can expect. It is probably time to switch to Zerodha. @communications_team
