GTT order failed on Trigger

The buy order and GTT order was placed on 3:20 PM today (quantity 40), both were a success. the issue i faced is when the GTT price was triggered.

after sometime my 1st GTT for 20 quantity triggered but it failed, and after 7 minutes again my GTT for the remaining 20 quantity was triggered but failed also with error

Missing required field AccountType

in the order screen once the GTT is triggered i can see 2 rows. one with status executed and other with status Rejected.

so i assume that the executed row is only to indicate that the GTT has been executed

Thanks for sharing the details, Jaya. Upon checking this in detail, we found that the rejection is from the exchange end. We have reached out to the exchange for clarification and will keep you posted once we receive an update.

Hi @103530910429907663958, sorry for the delay. Could you please confirm whether the GTT order was placed through the API, mobile app, or web platform? This will help us check the order flow in detail.

The order was placed by API, and order was placed successfully, i have validated the response code of GTT placement order

however the issue faced was when the GTT was actually triggered when the price reached the target price.
