@tejas_khoday@communications_team Sir, graphs of currency pairs of GBPINR, EURINR and JPYINR are not showing properly of current day. On next day those candles automatically gets corrected, but in current running day, candles and volumes are not showing properly, this is happening everyday.
I have contacted customer support many time, and they tried to sort by screensharing also, but no results yet. I think your IT TEAM is literate enough to sort these thing. Zerodha is showing much proper charts than fyers. Plzz take action asap, or i have to shift to zerodha permanently.. Coz I do currency trading mostly. And coz of this problem I cant trade in these 3 pairs. Only USDINR trades are possible for now. You can contact me if I can help in someway..
Hi Prasoon, I think the team resolved the issue earlier itself, but didn’t confirm you back regarding the resolution. Can you check it now and confirm if everything is working fine. In case the issue is persisting, do mark me in copy and will follow up to get it resolved.

Sir, your customer support team already tried this using ANYDESK.. But nothing happens.. i am sharing screenshots of ENABLING AND DISABLING CONTINUOUS FUTURE OPTIONS, so that u can take appropriate steps.. See there are no volume showing, and candlesticks are no appropriate.. but tomorrow they will get corrected automatically and even volumes will be corrected the next day..
