Issue started today, the loading animation or throbber continues to show forever.
The main web interface loads ok. Anyone else getting this?
Hello @chirag, could you please follow these steps for troubleshooting?
- Try hard reload (ctrl + shift + R - for Chrome & Mozilla Firefox ) (Command(⌘) + Option + R - for Safari )
- Try in incognito/private tab.
- Test the website on different browsers and see if the issue is browser-specific.
- If the problem is browser specific it might be because of browser settings or compatibility, here you can Clear browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions if possible.
Also, please note that minimum 5MBPS speed is required. If the issue still persist after the troubleshooting, please feel free to reach out.
