Dear Fyers team.

I was trading with Upstox and Zerodha earlier. Now I opened account with Fyers by hearing from other persons for a change. But Here I am facing some small but very major issue. I know, Fyers have a very good and talented team and they can get rid of these major issue.

  • Mobile app and web sync is very bad.
  • There should be a option to modify order in order book. Order modification is only possible on chart.
  • There is no any option to exit or square off from position. When we click on position there is only 2 option, convert position or exit position. I think the order window should open when we click on order window for fast order placement and exit.

Hey Sumit, Thanks for writing in, and I appreciate the feedback! I’ll relay this info to our development team so that they can take a look.

  1. That’s not true, you can modify orders from the Orders tab on the platform.

  2. This is in pipeline. Meanwhile, you can place counter orders in the same scrip from DOM for fast order placement. Thx!

Yes Sir, Got it. I was wrong. Order modification is possible under order section.

But there is one more thing. Chart is not getting auto saved. Like I am working on any chart, and if my page get refreshed then the chart goes back. Can you help me in this. Is there any setting to fix it.
