Option chain data neither f&o Analysis tool in my code i not showing

but on the very same system when i am using my other client code all the data is showing up

even after many calls and remote log in session this problem is something the team is not able to rectify and they dont have any concrete answers too , i dont know what to do now ?

*For F&O traders, we have live options chain, options greeks and market wide and stock specific open interest analysis." *this is were the problem is and they are not able to solve for me

I am still waiting for you guys to revert back
i was promised to be called back but that too it didnt work out

i have explained the agents the problem regarding the option chain and F&O data is not showing on the trading platform

and just make them sure that my system is perfectly working is by logging in from another client id were no such issue is arising

there is so much time i have wasted so get this thing worked out but now i am loosing hope .

please guide me what i should do
