every here and now it shows connection failed. I am sitting with good positions and i cannot login. fyers is pathetic. after squaring off my positions today iam switching to Zerodha again
Yes correct Zerodha is far far better. Fyers most of the time has issues in platform.
Still not working funds are now showing but we cant execute any orders still. Margin required and available margin still not showing so order isnt going .
Still not working. Can login but can’t place any order or can’t square off existing position. Pathetic !!!
Ticket 644657. The OTPs were not getting generated and several of them came one after another. As a result I had placed multiple “resend OTP” requests and now I get this message "You have exceeded the OTP limit for the day, and we have blocked your account for security reasons. "
My ticket number is 680343 i am trying since three days but my issue is not getting resolved not able to connect to your customer care on call as no one picked since last three days , and on mail too from past days getting same reply that we have recieved ur ticket but no one is responding properly ! Is this the way you will grow and support ur clients
