Why have I been blocked? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.
What can I do to resolve this? You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.
We are integrating the Fyers API v3 into our own third-party platform built on PHP (Laravel). The OAuth login flow works fine in the browser — the user logs in successfully and we receive the auth_code in our callback. However, when our backend server attempts to call the validate-authcode endpoint to exchange the auth_code for an access token, the request is being blocked by Cloudflare with a 403 error. Our server is hosted in Germany with the IP 136.243.92.92 and it is being blocked at the Cloudflare level before even reaching your API. We have already updated this IP in the developer dashboard under Static IP, but the block still persists. The latest Cloudflare Ray ID is 9ec88c41fec92954. We request you to please whitelist our Germany-based server IP on your Cloudflare backend so our server-to-server API calls can go through.
Hi @kGRGEpOlJ1 , I am also facing the similar issue as @104601712502708365123 ,My server is in Signapore. Authentication and login works fine , able to fetch Historical data , but not able to place Oders.

Hey @105975851768096035880, could you please let me know the exact error message you’re getting while placing the order? If possible, please share a screenshot of the error or the API response/error code as well.
Hi @kGRGEpOlJ1 ,
1.Long back during march i have whitelisted my IP after that , now only i am trying to place order, I did not run my algo between these periods.
2.Yeterday , i just try to place order using IP which is not whitelisted even though i was knowing order will not be placed , and i got below error , so i next tried to place the order using theWhite listed IP , even then i am facing the same issue.
Hi @kGRGEpOlJ1 ,
At the end of March, I created the app and whitelisted the IP address. At that time, I did not verify order placement, and until yesterday morning, I had not run my algo.
Yesterday, I intentionally tried placing an order using a non-whitelisted IP to check what response I would receive, and I got the Cloudflare error mentioned below.
After that, I tried placing an order again using the whitelisted IP, but I still encountered the same Cloudflare error.
Hi @105975851768096035880, could you please confirm the** IP address** from which you’re currently sending the order requests? Also, please verify that it is the same IP address that has been whitelisted for your app. If possible, share the IP in DM, and I’ll help verify it further.
