Hey @snantha2017-6rc, It makes sense to check the order rejection reason from the order book. In all likelihood, it could either be because of insufficient funds or because the MCX segment is not yet activated. You can activate it from ‘My Account.’ For such queries, please raise a ticket. You’re likely to get a resolution much faster.
