This is my first post. For the past week, I was getting a notification in my Fyers App stating kyc-on hold. I called them couple of times, they said I need to do an address modification request due to some kra mismatch. Infact in the month of April 2024, they did a kyc verification. No idea why it’s a mismatch now, when I have a fyers account since 20-21.
Yesterday, I saw in my fyers app and web app I can’t see any holdings. I logged in to myaccount, I could see my holdings yesterday but since today morning, everything is 0. The current value is 0 and the invested value is 0.
I did the address modification request today since I was out of station for the last 2 weeks.
The guy on the call is saying this is due to a CDSL regulation that the holdings are hidden from the customer and my account is frozen.
As a customer I think I have the right to know what’s the status and value of my holdings.
Since that kind of regulation should be public, I’d like to see it. Can anyone in the forum kindly share that regulation?
