candlestick chart does not work on your web and mobile application tail of candle does not show please solve this error otherwise I switch another platform for trading i face this problem last 15 days

Hi @vanshlrn11-648, understand your frustration. Could you please elaborate on the details? If possible, share a screenshot or screen recording of the candlestick chart where the candle tail/wick is not visible. Also, please DM me your Client ID so I can get this checked.
