first candle (9:15 , 21-09-2023) is missing for NIFTY50 INDEX.. is this expected?

There is no such discrepancy. However, could you please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email id and include a screen recording of the issue? This will help us to thoroughly investigate your issue for further assistance.
I know now there is no discrepancy. But on that day, at least till noon (I stopped checking it by noon) the first candle was missing both while fetching from API and even not visible in fyers web. It is up to you, if you want to investigate this scenario.
I guess it is not a rare case. today I found more than one symbols with missing candles.. details as follows..

Are you not from fyers? If customer has a concern, instead of directing/forwarding to the concerned team, you want the customer to do this.
