An account was opened on my referral 2 months back. The stocks in holding cannot be sold without cdsl otp and pin. It seems POA is not possible now? When will it become normal? As a result API based sq off is not working.

This problem is still not solved. Edelwiss opened account and enabled PoA last week. @tejas_khoday

I too reported this issue, it looks like because of lockdown they are unable to approach their “advocate” to process our POA forms, so till things become normal we have to do the CSDL OTP verification.
