Adding to the suggestions @shubham_gandhi and @communications_team team,
Please make **Alerts persisting on screen till user acknowledges it OR send Email / WhatsApp Notification **on Alert Triggering.
Currently, the alerts triggered on Web Platform are sporadically not working / get missed because they quickly disappear and hence do not solve the purpose, if we are away from screen.
Noted, will consider this.
