I used to subscribe Truedata from Fyers account XK23645. My truedata id was FYERS1960. This subscription is now cancelled as I am moving accounts in Fyers. Now I am trying to subscribe from Fyers account NROCP11651. So I went to the link https://subscriptions.fyers.in/true-data.html. When I clicked on free trial, I got error code after I gave my mobile number. When I clicked on below middle subscribe icon (2599+gst), the page is stuck as below. Can you please fix this?
I have already raised ticket 1288368 for this. I am hoping for a quick resolution as I am now stuck with no data feed.
