Stock Symbol Master Data

Hi,

Does FYERS provide an API to fetch stock symbol data? If not, do we have to get the symbols from the below file and store in our database and update manually, when there is a change. Please advise if there is any other approach.

Also, the below file does not have the headers to indicate the nature of the column. Can someone suggest the column headers in the below file?
